From a travel desk in Cairo to hotels in Dubai and Hurghada, I’ve spent most of my career where guest experience is won or lost: at the counter, on the phone, and on the night shift, closing the day before the airline crews head out at dawn.

Bookings arrive from several channels, cash comes in several currencies, and housekeeping lives on paper. Closing the day means chasing all of it before six, when the first early check-ins arrive, and the owner still waits until month-end to see the numbers.

As General Manager of a 42-room airport hotel, I designed a complete hotel management system with AI-assisted development: reservations, room calendar, housekeeping, night audit and finance, shared by every department.

Tours and spa days in Hurghada, sold online in 13 languages, with an admin panel, customer accounts and one-click WhatsApp hand-offs to operators. I don’t just build booking systems. I run one.

About
I’m Nour, based in Hurghada on Egypt’s Red Sea coast. I’ve worked in travel, hotels, sales and customer service for more than 19 years, in Egypt and the UAE, including as Assistant GM of a 500-room hotel in Hurghada.
As General Manager of a Cairo airport hotel, I grew the property from 6 to 42 rooms and ran everything from reservations and accounting to IT and security. When the tools we needed didn’t exist, or didn’t fit, I made them: a hotel management system and a finance workbook with a live dashboard, built with AI-assisted development, plus the hotel’s WiFi network on MikroTik.
Hotels taught me operations, and every business has them. Today I build these systems for hotels, clinics, gyms, shops and property businesses. I’m also available for remote hotel operations and guest-services work.
